Advanced Technology & Diagnostic Repair Forum
This program focuses on advanced automotive technology that is redefining the scope of a proper repair after the vehicle was involved in an accident. Sensors, cameras, accident avoidance systems, and wireless communications are just some examples of new tech that affects repairs.

Attendees will learn about the technology in today's vehicle with a look towards the next 12-36 months.

Business Outlook Conference
Scheduled for two half-day sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, the Conference offers information, insight and awareness of the economy, legislation, telematics and technology and their impact on the automotive industry and market.

The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) will be held July 25 at the Hyatt McCormick Place, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a reception following. The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) is a forum made up of participants from all industry segments for the expressed purpose of discussing and exploring the issues that occur among them.

The conference is open to all interested individuals of all segments of the industry to include repairers, insurers, paint and material companies, equipment, vehicle manufacturers, data providers, representatives of trade associations, anyone with an interest in creating a more professional industry. The agenda has time set aside for participants to publicly address their concerns that are not on the published agenda through the time set aside as "open microphone."

The Collision Repair Education Foundation's 16th annual golf fundraiser will be held Monday, July 24, 2017. Golfers will enjoy a round of golf at Harborside International Golf Course, located only minutes from Chicago's Loop. Harborside offers the premier golf experience in the Chicagoland area.

Headquartered in Chicago the German American Chamber of Commerce® of the Midwest (GACC Midwest) will be hosting an International Night Reception on Wednesday, July 26 at 6:00 PM. The reception will offer attendees the unique opportunity to meet the international business world after the show has closed for the day. Attend and expand your network while connecting with over 100 industry professionals and getting to know the innovative minds of the industry. Our continuing mission is to further, promote, and assist in the expansion of bilateral trade and investment between Germany and the United States, especially the Midwest. Our organization combines elements of a trade commission, a membership association, and a professional consultancy - quite a unique concept in international trade promotion.

I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs will be joining NACE Automechanika Chicago this July.
